Communicates with the interdisciplinary staff, in tandem with Leadership, through regularly scheduled staff meetings, memos, informational and educational updates. 10% Participates on unit and hospital-based committees and initiatives to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes Performs departmental audits. Rounds daily on patients and/or associates to observe and obtain information about the patient experience and associate satisfaction.
