Job summary

Mercy Home Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Registry and Accreditation Manager to lead data abstraction for ACC, STS, VCSQI, and other bodies. You will manage a quality data team, coordinate with QCentrix, and ensure accurate reporting for physicians and leadership.

The role requires at least three years as a Cardiovascular Data Specialist, an ODS certification, and a relevant associate or bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Current Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Cardiovascular Data Specialist.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages cardiovascular accreditation activities (ACC, STS, VCSQI, Get with the Guidelines).
• Oversees data abstraction positions and interfaces with QCentrix to produce quarterly reports.
• Maintains documentation for compliance and accreditation and supports quality reporting to leadership.
• Collaborates with quality dept to track outcomes and participates in special studies as required.
• Leads policy and procedure development to maintain compliance with current guidelines.
