Qualifications

• 3 years providing care to patients within the cardiology department.
• 2 years preferred experience managing quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cardiovascular structural programs with cardiology and cardiac surgery teams.
• Monitor volume, quality, and care pathway compliance; report findings.
• Develop and implement protocols, clinical workflows, and education/research for the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to align policies with standards of care.
