Job summary

Bon Secours in Cincinnati seeks a Cardiovascular Registry and Accreditation Manager to lead abstracting, tracking, and reporting for ACC, STS, and related bodies, ensuring data quality across the cardiovascular service line.

You will manage data abstraction staff, maintain essential documentation, and provide quality performance support to physicians and leadership, with travel up to 10% and a focus on meeting accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Requires Current Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification.
• Minimum of three years of Cardiovascular Data Specialist experience.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards (ACC/STS/VCSQI) and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cardiovascular data abstraction team and manage accreditation activities.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with accrediting bodies.
• Interface with QCentrix to populate and present reports quarterly.
• Collaborate with quality department to track outcomes and support physicians/leadership.
• Develop and update policies to stay aligned with state and national guidelines.
