Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a qualified ASC/OBL Quality and Safety Manager to drive system-wide patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement across our ambulatory centers. You will partner with location leadership and the Quality and Safety Department to standardize programs, close gaps, and maintain survey readiness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare quality/risk management in ASC/OBL settings, with strong knowledge of CMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare admin, public health, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare quality, patient safety, risk management, or regulatory compliance in ASC/OBL/outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage, state licensing, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
• Experience conducting audits, gap analyses, and mock surveys.
• Strong written and verbal communication to train across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive system-wide culture of patient safety and continuous quality improvement across CVAUSA ASCs and OBLs.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective action plans.
• Develop recurring safety education resources and communications.
• Support survey readiness and conduct regulatory gap analyses across locations.
• Perform random audits to evaluate documentation quality and identify trends.
• Provide staff training on quality and safety best practices across centers.
• Collaborate with leadership and CVAUSA's Quality & Value Committee to set quality improvement priorities.
• Coordinate quarterly quality and safety benchmarking across the network.
