You will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency across campuses and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or health care field with 4 years related experience including 2 in supervision
• Directly related experience may substitute for the required education
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the practice and ensure standards are met
• Help design and implement business strategies for Cardiovascular Surgery in the regional market
• Oversee staff supervision, training, evaluations, time-off, and disciplinary issues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HHS, Risk Management, OSHA, CLIA and other regulations
