Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a Performance Improvement Consultant to collaborate with internal and external experts in healthcare quality. You will analyze outcomes data, present findings to stakeholders, and design improvement strategies within Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC frameworks.

The role involves coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, identifying quality issues, and developing work plans to achieve compliance across cardiovascular services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field from accredited college or university.
• 3-5 years of healthcare quality improvement background with preference for cardiology/cardiovascular surgery.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular patient population.
• Experience with clinical operations, clinical information systems, process improvement, and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze outcomes data to create performance improvement insights and produce visually intuitive reports.
• Present outcomes data to multidisciplinary stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify quality of care issues and develop detailed work plans to achieve compliance.
• Coordinate with management to ensure feasible timelines.
• Respond to data requests from internal and external sources.
• Translate operational needs into new product features and enhancements.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and coordinate internal resources for multiple projects.
