Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Three to five (3-5) years of healthcare quality improvement background, preferably with cardiology/cardiovascular surgery experience.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular patient population.
• Experience with clinical operations and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze outcomes data to create performance improvement insights and produce reports.
• Present outcomes data to multidisciplinary stakeholder groups.
• Identify quality of care issues and assist in audits and gap analyses to create work plans.
