Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center is seeking an experienced Staff RN for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join the team in Chicago, IL. The role involves direct and indirect patient care in perioperative settings and collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.

Qualifications include a minimum of one year perioperative experience and one year CVOR experience, with current RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year perioperative experience or on the job training.
• One year cardiovascular OR experience required.
• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• ACLS (AHA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in perioperative settings for Main OR and Cardiovascular OR.
• Coordinate care with surgeon and anesthesiologist and supervise OR personnel.
• Adhere to hospital policies, participate in Performance Improvement activities, and manage on-call rotations.
