Job summary

CommonSpirit Health invites aRegister Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates graduate from an RN program, hold a Nebraska RN license, and have BLS certification; ACLS is required within 5 months of hire.

Qualifications

Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
Registered Nurse license in Nebraska, upon hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR, upon hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 5 months.

Responsibilities

Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate; ongoing and responsive to patient needs.
Conduct systematic assessments across physical, psychological, socioeconomic, and lifestyle factors.
Plan measurable goals with the multidisciplinary team and the patient.
Implement and adjust the care plan, coordinate education and discharge planning, ensure documentation.
