Saint Mary’s Health Network in Reno, NV, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks an experienced Staff RN - Cardiovascular to join the perioperative team. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care in the Main OR and Cardiovascular OR, coordinating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to maintain safe, efficient patient flow.

Requirements include at least one year of perioperative or CV OR experience, Nevada RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on the job training at Saint Mary’s required
• One year previous Cardiovascular OR experience required
• Must be able to communicate in English (Speak, Write)
• Current and valid Nevada RN License.
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS (AHA) certification required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver perioperative patient care in the Main OR and Cardiovascular OR.
• Coordinate care with the surgeon and anesthesiologist and direct OR staff.
• Maintain standards of professional nursing and ensure efficient patient flow and unit organization.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities, unit meetings and in-services.
