You will be responsible for coordinating daily patient care activities, managing staffing considerations, and ensuring compliance with policies while maintaining patient safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 Years RN experience in related clinical area.
• California Registered Nurse license required.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients, staff and physicians to maintain high efficiency and quality care.
• Leads Nursing and PSR staff with the Patient Care Manager.
• Monitors patient flow and physician schedules; assist with prior authorizations and service recovery.
