Job summary

Sharp HealthCare seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee nursing care quality and the operational management of the assigned unit. You will lead the nursing staff, ensure patient safety, and align the unit with hospital standards and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include supervising department personnel, adhering to the California Nurse Practice Act and ANA guidelines, and supporting Sharp HealthCare's mission while maintaining awareness of patient population needs.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
CA RN license required and current.
AHA BLS Healthcare Certification required.
ACLS Certification required.
Master's Degree in MSN/MBA/MHA or leadership-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Twenty-four hour accountability for delivery of quality nursing care and operational management of the assigned unit.
Supervise all department employees and coordinate clinical activities.
Ensure compliance with the California Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
Support the mission and values of Sharp HealthCare.
Maintain knowledge of patient population needs and provide appropriate care leadership.
