Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in the United States to collaborate with medical and scientific leaders, delivering balanced scientific information and product education. You will engage with Key Contacts, synthesize data, and support Medical Affairs strategies in a cross-functional environment.

Qualified candidates hold an advanced degree (PharmD/PhD/MD) and have MSL experience. Salary ranges from $170,000 to $182,500 with potential car allowance and bonus eligibility

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MSL experience preferred.
• Advanced degree in science/medicine required or preferred.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, fair-balanced scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Act as a medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while understanding clinical practice.
• Translate scientific data into real-world practice to meet customer needs.
• Participate in developing a customer-centric tactical engagement plan for Medical Affairs strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge and literature for meaningful exchange.
• Collaborate with field-based colleagues and Commercial teams to share insights.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries from HCPs/investigators with data-driven responses.
