Job summary

Syneos Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to provide fair, objective scientific information to Key Contacts and to collaborate with medical and scientific leaders. The role focuses on translating complex data into real-world practice and supporting Medical Affairs strategies.

You will build relationships, stay current with literature, and work with field colleagues and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA) preferred.
• 2+ years of MSL experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular or other specialty therapeutic areas preferred, with the ability to quickly develop disease-state, clinical, and scientific expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, informative, fair-balanced and compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Act as a medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while understanding clinical practice related to areas of interest for our client.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs and adapt communication styles.
• Participate in developing customer-centric tactical engagement plans to support Medical Affairs strategies.
• Maintain scientific knowledge base through ongoing learning and literature awareness.
