Syneos Health is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in the United States to provide fair-balanced scientific information to Key Contacts and collaborate with medical and scientific leaders to move healthcare forward and impact patients.

The role requires building scientific relationships, translating complex data into clinical practice, and supporting Medical Affairs with strategy-driven engagement and continuous learning across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA) preferred.
• 2+ years of MSL experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular or other specialty therapeutic areas preferred; quick disease-state, clinical and scientific expertise.

Responsabilités

• Provide clear, informative, fair-balanced and compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while developing an understanding of clinical practice as it relates to areas of interest for our client.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs, adapting communication to the audience.
• Participate in developing a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affairs strategies.
• Maintain scientific knowledge base through continuous learning and awareness of related literature.
• Collaborate with field Medical colleagues and Commercial colleagues to share Medical insights in support of activities.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries integrating real-world evidence into practice.
