Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to provide fair, balanced scientific information and education to key contacts in compliance with regulations. The role involves building scientific relationships, translating data into practice, and supporting Medical Affair strategies from the Richmond, VA area.

The candidate should have an advanced scientific degree and 2+ years of MSL experience, with preferred cardiovascular or other specialty expertise and strong clinical acumen.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD/PhD/MD/NP/PA) preferred.
• 2+ years of MSL experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular or other specialty areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Serve as medical and disease-state expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate scientific relationships with stakeholders and understand clinical practice related to areas of interest for our client.
• Translate complex scientific data into real-world practice to meet customer needs.
• Support Medical Affair strategies with customer-centric engagement plans.
• Maintain updated scientific knowledge and literature for meaningful exchange.
• Collaborate with field Medical colleagues and Commercial teams to share insights.
