Job summary

Syneos Health in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison to provide fair, balanced scientific information to Key Contacts and stakeholders, translating complex data into practical insights that advance patient care. The role requires an advanced scientific degree and 2+ years MSL experience, with preference for cardiovascular or other specialties.

You will collaborate with Medical and Commercial teams, stay current with literature, and contribute to customer-centric engagement

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required.
• 2+ years of MSL experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular or other specialty therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong scientific & clinical acumen.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clinical practice.
• Drive for self-development, collaboration and an action-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while understanding clinical practice related to client areas.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice, tailoring communication to audiences.
• Participate in developing a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affairs strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge to enable meaningful scientific exchange.
• Collaborate with field Medical colleagues and Commercial teams to share insights.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators, integrating real-world evidence.

Education

Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA)
