Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience as MSL or in field medical roles within pharma is required or highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, clinical trial processes, and medical education strategies.
• Ability to travel 60-70% and reside within territory or close commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare professionals and thought leaders to advance medical strategy.
• Provide scientific insights, discuss emerging data, and support trial-related activities.
• Identify key stakeholders and map territory to plan Medical Engagements and accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HEOR, access, marketing, and other teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease areas and Novartis compounds; adhere to policies.
