Qualifications

• Manager level: 0-3 years in Field Medical/MSL or 3-5 years in related medical affairs.
• Associate Director level: 3+ years in Field Medical/MSL or 5-7 years related experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge including pharmacotherapy and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with HCPs and thought leaders in the territory.
• Engage in data discussions, clinical trial activities, and medical insights capture.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance medical strategy and territory plans.
• Provide trial support and ensure compliance with policies.
