Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to work field-based in the Western United States, supporting key accounts in a remote capacity. The MSL will engage healthcare professionals with deep therapeutic knowledge, discuss emerging data, and support trial activities in alignment with medical strategy.

The role requires strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, FDA guidelines, and tuberculosis of care pathways.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and FDA/medical guidelines.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals and thought leaders to discuss emerging data and clinical practice within the territory.
• Develop and implement strategic territory plans and map key accounts and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal Novartis teams (Medical Affairs, HEOR, access) to advance medical strategy.
• Provide medical insights to inform local strategy and support company-sponsored trials when applicable.
