Job summary

AdventHealth in Calhoun, GA, is seeking a skilled cardiovascular imaging professional to maintain and operate equipment for cardiovascular procedures, document patient records, and supervise staff. This role supports quality outcomes and safety in a faith-based health system.

Required BLS; ACLS preferred. Strong ECG and hemodynamic monitoring skills are essential, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a science field.
• 1+ years of work experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
• Produce accurate medical records for each patient.
• Train and supervise new personnel; provide orientation.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and secure medical records and documentation.
• Demonstrate cross-functional teamwork within the cardiovascular department.
• Respond to scheduled emergency calls promptly.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures including angiography and interventional techniques.
• Verify orders and communicate with physicians as needed.
• Administer and assess treatments and medications per policy.
