Job Summary

Job type: Full Time

Under the direction of a Cardiologist, Radiologist, Surgeon, or Director‑CVS performs Interventional Radiology and Invasive Cardiac Cath Lab procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical specified procedures including procedural scrub assist, hemodynamic monitoring, fluoroscopy image technique, radiation safety, and/or may be assigned other duties.

Qualifications

• Current California Radiologic Technologist License
• Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training program in an AMA‑approved school and meets the requirements for registry by the ARRT
• Four (4) years experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care hospital
• Two (2) years recent experience as an Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab Tech III / or Interventional Radiology Tech III; Cardiac Cath Lab Interventional experience preferred
• Valid Fluoroscopy License
• Physical requirements: adequate back and general health to wear personal protective equipment, including lead apron, protective glasses, etc., during procedures
• Current BLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification (completion date prior to 90th day of employment)
• Completion of basic 12‑lead EKG class (completion date prior to 90th day of employment) as required

Compensation

Hourly wage: $36.26 - $48.73, individual wages determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.
