Pulse Heart Institute at MultiCare is seeking a Staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This role leverages specialized training to deliver nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment, supporting the institute's mission to advance cardiovascular care.

You will organize patient care, collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality and patient experience, and uphold core nursing standards during night shifts. BLS/ACLS certifications are required; BSN preferred.

Formación

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of diverse patients.
