Job summary

Pulse Heart Institute, part of MultiCare Health System, is seeking a Staff RN to join our hospital-based team on the nights shift. This .6 FTE role features 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, offering a collaborative, patient-centered environment where nurses are encouraged to participate in clinical decision-making.

You will provide expert nursing care using the nursing process, support quality improvement, and advocate for diverse patient populations while working with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license in WA or multi-state licensure endorsement.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS/NALS certification as required by unit.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by priority, delegation, and evaluation.
• Use nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
