Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular ICU 1. This full-time night-shift role (36 hrs/wk) includes every-other-weekend scheduling and eligibility for weekend and shift differentials.

You will provide general nursing care, perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments.
• Outcomes identification/planning - Document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluate responses and revise care plans with the team.
• Leadership - Participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations - Support daily unit operations and patient care workflow.
