Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership and delivery of interdisciplinary clinical studies with GCP compliance.
• Act as liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure timely study launch and closeout.
• Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Accountable for financial performance of each project and coordination of study partners.
• Ensure TMF quality and study information maintained across databases and systems.
• Oversee inspection readiness and development/implementation of project plans.
• Coordinate and present at internal and external meetings; prepare management reports.
• Develop contingency and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Build strong client relationships to generate future business.
• May participate in bid defense meetings and line-manage team members.
