Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Study Manager – Cardiovascular to lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies, ensuring GCP compliance and regulatory requirements while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

You will oversee timelines, budgets, and TMF deliverables, manage project plans, and build strong client relationships to drive on-time study delivery and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clinical research organization (CRO) experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research projects, ensuring GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer for timely study launches, conduct, and closeout.
• Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Accountable for financial performance of each project.
• Coordinate activities of study conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues.
• Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for study deliverables and quality management of TMF.
