Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Scientist specialized in Cardiovascular to lead medical data reviews and plan development in our New Jersey site. The role collaborates with Medical Directors and external experts to ensure rigorous medical input and data integrity throughout clinical studies.

The position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Drug Safety, and Project Management, while adhering to ICH/GCP guidelines and company SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical plans with the Medical Director and coordinate input from external experts.
• Regular and ad-hoc medical review of data listings and visualizations; identify risks and trends.
• Author medical data queries and manage responses with the Medical Director for closure.
• Assist Medical Director with patient profiles reviews and protocol deviation reviews.
• Collaborate with study team to identify risks to data integrity and subject safety.
• Oversee project scope, milestones, and interface with customers/vendors in data review.
