Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned within hospital operations.
• Resolves customer service issues following guidelines and educates clinical staff.
• Adheres to local, state, and federal regulations and protects patient information confidentiality.
• Manages daily operations, supports patient flow, and ensures quality care.
• Oversees staffing and labor costs within department budget.
• Ensures inventory of supplies supports caseload within budget.
• Participates in department quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Assists in staff training and teaching new employees.
