Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage care of patients within area of expertise and privileges.
• Obtain patient history, study tests, and record findings.
• Perform physical exams and order/interpret tests.
• Prescribe interventions and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Schedule procedures and coordinate with other services.
• Determine treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Mentor nursing and medical students and residents.
