Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required.
- Current license as a Professional Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice.
- Registered Nurse license in the State of Illinois required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the care of patients within assigned area and scope of practice.
- Obtain patient health history and interpret tests/records.
- Perform physical exams and document findings.
- Prescribe or order interventions and develop a treatment plan.
- Coordinate scheduling and documentation for procedures and clearances.
- Educate patients and families about care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in teaching learners.
