Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group, in partnership with John Peter Smith Hospital (JPS Health Network), seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a growing, high-performing team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role includes CABG, complex valvular, aortic surgery, TAVR, ECMO and robotic thoracic surgery within a two-surgeon team.

Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons, with responsibilities spanning inpatient/outpatient care, education, and collaboration with anesthesiology and PA staff, aligned

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.
• Residency and/or Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes.
• Review patient charts to diagnose, treat, and provide education.
• Perform CABG, complex valvular, aortic and robotic thoracic procedures as part of a two-surgeon team.
• Collaborate with anesthesiology and PA staff; educate patients about treatment plans.
• Participate in performance improvement programs and academic initiatives.
