Job summary

Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group in partnership with John Peter Smith Hospital (JPS Health Network) seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our growing team in Fort Worth, Texas. You will deliver comprehensive cardiac and thoracic surgical care at the JPS Main Hospital, collaborating with an experienced OR team, cardiology colleagues, and PA staff.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, completed cardiothoracic training, Texas medical license, and board certification or eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency and/or Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage care for cardiac and thoracic patients.
• Educate patients about preventive care, post-operative recovery, and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with OR team, fellowship-trained and board-certified anesthesiologists, and PA staff.
• Maintain collaboration with referring physicians and staff to provide quality patient care.
• Support academic, educational and research endeavors.
