Job summary

Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group, in partnership with John Peter Smith Hospital (JPS Health Network), seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our growing surgical team at Fort Worth, Texas.

The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of adult cardiac and thoracic procedures, collaborate with a fellowship-trained and board-certified team, and participate in teaching, academic, and research activities within a high-volume program.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency and/or Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Current Texas medical license and board certification or eligibility.”

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret surgical and consultative care for cardiac and thoracic patients.
• Perform CABG, complex valvular, aortic, TAVR, ECMO, and robotic thoracic procedures.
• Collaborate with a dedicated cardiac surgery OR team, anesthesiologists, and PA team.
• Educate patients about preventive care, post-operative recovery, and prescribed treatments.
