Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group, in partnership with John Peter Smith Hospital (JPS Health Network), seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a growing and high-performing surgical team in Fort Worth, Texas. The team performs a wide range of adult cardiac and thoracic procedures, with a dedicated cardiac surgery OR team and collaboration with fellowship-trained anesthesiologists.

Qualifications

• Current Medical Doctor (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited school of medicine.
• Residency and/or Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Texas.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinatesthe multidisciplinary care delivered to all patients, to optimize patient care.
• Reviewspatient medical charts to diagnose, treat, and provide care management and education to patients and families.
• Makes appropriate patient referrals as necessary.
• Monitors guidelines for the management of care and for ensuring the services are delivered in compliance with the guidelines established by JPS Health Network and Acclaim Physician Group.
• Provides evidence-based and compassionate care to all patients as assigned to improve patient outcomes and increase patient satisfaction scores.
