Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a perioperative Registered Nurse to provide intraoperative care in the scrub and circulating roles across neonate to geriatric patients. The role requires on-call, weekends, nights, and holiday shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating independently, preparing for cases, maintaining aseptic technique, and collaborating with the OR team. Iowa RN license and BLS certification are required or obtained within six weeks of hire.

Qualifications

• Current or compact RN license for Iowa.
• BLS certification within six weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs and circulates on cases independently with minimal direction.
• Prepares for surgical cases, anticipating needs of patient and OR team.
• Maintains aseptic technique and safe environment for patient and staff.
• Communicates effectively with patient, staff, physicians, and families.
• Directs room turnover and postoperative documentation as needed.
