Job summary

Responsibilities

• Bases nursing actions by applying clinical judgment.
• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment.
• Develops and evaluates patient's plan of care.
• Documents care provided and patient's progress.
• Provides direct patient care.
• Administers medications to patients.
