Job summary

Solution for Health International in Manchester, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiothoracic Surgery team. You will provide sterility and safety for surgical procedures, prepare patients, monitor vitals, and support the OR before, during, and after surgery.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, NH RN license (or compact), 2 years circulator experience, and BLS certification with ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a circulator.
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact state RN license.
• BLS qualification during orientation; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs before, during and after a surgical procedure.
• Operating specialized medical equipment including anesthesia machines and ventilators.
• Preparing patients for surgery by scrubbing, gowning, and positioning on the operating table.
• Monitoring vital signs under general anesthesia and maintaining medication records.
