Qualifications

• RN license required and active in Florida.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• 1+ year in cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, or cardiac ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and audits.
• Oversees nursing schedules for adequate patient coverage.
