Job summary

Atrium Health Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute in Charlotte, NC is seeking an OR-only Cardiothoracic Surgery APP to provide first assist in cardiac procedures and work independently in OR/inpatient settings under supervision.

Ideal candidates have CTS experience including EVH, NC/SC NP or PA licensure with DEA, and BLS/ACLS. A $90,000 sign-on bonus is offered; weekends/holidays/call apply on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in cardiothoracic surgery with cardiac first-assist.
• EVH proficiency with endoscopic harvesting.
• Current NP/PA licensure in NC/SC; prescriptive privileges and DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first assist in a wide range of cardiac procedures.
• Operate independently in OR and inpatient settings under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and supervising physician.
