Overview

Responsibilities

• Assists the anesthesia provider in caring for patients.
• Assists the anesthesia provider in preparing for complex cases such as open-heart surgery, valve replacements, pacer lead extrapations, and liver and kidney transplants.
• Assembles equipment used for anesthesia related procedures, maintains anesthesia equipment, assists with operating room turn overs, and cleans/stocks operating rooms.

Education Requirements

• 2 year/Associate Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Associate Degree
