Job summary

Tower Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a nursing aide to provide compassionate care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will perform routine patient care, monitor conditions, and report changes to the RN while supporting daily living activities.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy and point-of-care testing (POCT) as needed, following established policies to ensure patient safety and comfort. BLS certification is required.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse.
• Perform routine direct patient care activities following established policies and procedures in a manner conducive to the safety and comfort of the patient.
• Perform observations of patients and reports changes in patient condition to the registered nurse.
• Perform specific skills including phlebotomy and point of care testing (POCT).
• Assist in all aspects of daily living activities for the patients, including, but not limited to general hygiene of the patient, changings, light housekeeping, and patient vitals.
