Job summary
The University of Kansas Medical Center seeks a full-time faculty member to join the PTRSAT in a non-tenure track Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate Professor role, focusing on the hybrid pathway of the DPT program. Start date expected Summer 2027, with teaching responsibilities in cardiopulmonary content and clinical education courses.

Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice physical therapy in Kansas.
- Experience with practice expertise in cardiopulmonary PT.
- Experience teaching didactic cardiopulmonary courses as a core faculty member in an entry-level DPT program.
- Experience with innovative classroom approaches in PT education (distance education, flipped model, integration of technology, immersive lab sessions).
Responsibilities
- Assist with teaching courses within the current DPT program in alignment with contemporary expertise.
- Support the development of a new hybrid DPT program following accreditation standards.
- Participate on department, school, and institution committees and faculty governance, service to professional organization as appropriate.
