Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator in Milwaukee to educate patients and caregivers on PAH therapies, provide infusion training, and deliver clinical support.

You will collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and the sales team to coordinate care, assist patients starting or transitioning to infused therapies, and travel for patient education visits.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing.
• 2 years in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions, or 2 years of high-tech home infusion experience.
• Current unrestricted RN License in the state of WI with ability to obtain additional licensure for multi-state service area.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of care.
• Assist patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one-on-one setting.
• Participate in on-call as business needs require.
• Travel to educate patients on administering their therapies.

Education

About This Role

As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator with CVS Health, you will utilize your clinical skills to educate patients and their caregivers on complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies, providing infusion training and clinical support.

Highlights

• Pay: $60,522 - $129,615/year
• Location: Milwaukee, WI
• Schedule: Full-time
• Travel: Approximately 30% work from home, 70% in-person visits within a two-hour drive
