Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator in Boise, Idaho. The role focuses on educating patients and caregivers about PAH therapies, providing infusion training and clinical support.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate plans, travel for home education, and conduct in-person visits, including overnight stays as required.

Qualifications

• RN license preferred in Idaho with ability to obtain multi-state licensure
• Current CPR certification required
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of care.
• Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one-on-one setting.
• Participate in on-call as the business needs.
• Travel approximately 20% for home education and 80% for in-person visits.
• Conduct overnight visits 1-2 nights/week.
• Build positive business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical personnel

About This Role

As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator with CVS Health, you will utilize your clinical skills to educate patients and their caregivers about complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies, providing infusion training and clinical support.

• Pay: $54,095 - $116,760/year
• Location: Boise, ID
• Schedule: Full-time

What You'll Do

Requirements

Education:

• RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing

Experience:

• 2 years in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions, or 2 years of high-tech home infusion experience

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current unrestricted RN License in Idaho with ability to obtain additional licensure for multi-state service area
• Current CPR certification required
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
