Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an experienced Cardiopulmonary Manager. The role leads the Respiratory Therapy Department, oversees ancillary services as needed, and ensures high-quality patient care. A BSRC/BSRT and RRT registry are required, with BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.

Qualifications

Education and Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory. Current RRT registry required. BLS and ACLS certification required.

Experience: Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities required. Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
