Job summary

MiRus is seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse to join our in-house TAVR pivotal trial screening team. This onsite role focuses on chart review, eligibility screening, and documentation, with no travel required.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of cardiovascular nursing experience, RN/BSN licensure, and familiarity with EMR systems and trial endpoints. Relocation may be offered; work schedule is Monday–Friday in Marietta, GA.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BSN preferred.
• Minimum 10 years direct cardiovascular nursing experience (CCU/CICU/structural heart).
• Experience in patient assessment and heart failure management.
• Prior involvement in clinical trials preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and manage high volumes of chart reviews.

Responsibilities

• Review patient charts to identify eligibility for the TAVR pivotal trial.
• Apply inclusion/exclusion criteria to assess suitability.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and study coordinators.
• Maintain screening logs and trial documentation.
• Support data verification and resolve eligibility discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and trial protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to review cases.
