Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for our Tucker, GA office. This onsite role supports the growth of the research program by coordinating trials, enrolling patients, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with investigators, sponsors, and site staff to manage studies with autonomy and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical research experience with patient enrollment and study coordination.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits.
• Ensure study protocols are followed accurately and consistently.
• Support day-to-day site operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collect, verify, and maintain clinical trial data with timely entry.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation and regulatory binders.
• Identify opportunities to improve research workflows and study performance.
