Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an RN Triage to join the Cardiology Team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will provide and coordinate care, respond to patient calls, and support interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current DC Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed RN.
• Outpatient/ambulatory care nursing experience is a plus.
• Previous cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates care to patients.
• Employs the nursing process to develop a plan of care.
• Responds to incoming patient calls requiring triage.
• Provides patient education for acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborates with quality management and case management teams.
